1. Educational purpose
The Claude AI Income System is an educational and business-implementation resource. It provides information, examples, prompts, scripts, templates, planning tools and suggested actions. It is not an employment offer, franchise, investment product, managed business service or promise that Mente Rica will obtain customers or income for you.
2. No earnings guarantee
Mente Rica Limited does not guarantee that you will earn ₦10,000 or any other amount, secure clients, obtain employment, win contracts, launch a successful product, recover the purchase price or achieve any specific result. References to income goals, pricing examples or a “First ₦10K” are educational targets and implementation frameworks, not promises or forecasts.
3. Individual results vary
Results vary from person to person and may be affected by experience, skills, effort, consistency, location, market conditions, customer demand, competition, pricing, offer quality, advertising performance, access to tools, available capital, professional obligations and other factors outside Mente Rica's control.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether and how to apply the materials, for the quality of work you deliver and for the commercial and legal consequences of your activities.
4. Examples and testimonials
Examples, calculations, case studies, demonstrations and role-play scenarios are provided for illustration and do not represent guaranteed or typical outcomes. Testimonials, if displayed, reflect the genuine experience of the person who supplied them and do not guarantee that another buyer will obtain the same result.
Mente Rica will not knowingly publish a fictional testimonial as if it came from a real customer.
5. Not professional advice
The materials do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, employment, regulatory or other regulated professional advice. You should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional where your situation requires it.
Nothing in the product authorises you to breach an employment contract, workplace policy, confidentiality obligation, intellectual-property right, advertising rule, consumer-protection requirement, tax obligation, professional code or applicable law.
6. Artificial-intelligence limitations
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsuitable or similar to content generated for other users. You must independently review, fact-check and edit outputs before relying on, publishing, selling or delivering them.
Do not enter confidential, personal, employer, client or government information into an AI service unless you are authorised to do so and appropriate protections are in place.
7. Third-party services
Claude and other third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. Their features, models, prices, limits, availability and terms may change. Mente Rica does not control and is not responsible for those changes.

8. Business costs and obligations
Generating income may require additional expenditure, time, software, subscriptions, advertising, registration, licences, professional advice or taxes. Unless expressly included in the package description, these costs and obligations are the buyer's responsibility.
9. Acceptance of risk
By using the product, you acknowledge that business, freelancing, employment and digital-product activities involve uncertainty. You accept responsibility for your decisions and agree not to interpret the materials as a guarantee of financial performance.
