Licence Terms

These Licence Terms govern use of The Claude AI Income System, including its guides, prompt collections, scripts, workbooks, trackers, editable files, spreadsheets, marketing materials, designs and other supplied content ("Materials").

By purchasing, downloading, accessing or using the Materials, you agree to these Licence Terms. If you purchase on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

• Access and use the Materials for personal learning and internal business purposes.
• Copy working files onto devices controlled by the purchaser for permitted use.
• Edit templates specifically supplied in editable form.
• Use prompts, scripts and frameworks to create original work for the purchaser's own business.
• Use prompts, scripts and frameworks to produce final deliverables for the purchaser's clients, provided the underlying Materials or editable source templates are not transferred to the client.
• Print reasonable copies for the purchaser's own use.

Unless Mente Rica confirms otherwise in writing, the licence is for one purchaser. A separate team licence is required to place the source Materials in a shared drive, learning platform or internal resource library accessible by multiple people.

The Core Package is licensed for the purchaser's personal learning, internal business implementation and creation of original final deliverables for the purchaser's own clients.

It does not permit distribution of the guides, Prompt Vault, Client Machine, Launch Machine, scripts, prompts, worksheets or other source Materials.

The Complete Package includes the Core rights and permits the purchaser to customise the supplied editable proposal, launch and tracking templates for the purchaser's own business and client engagements.

The purchaser may provide a completed proposal, report, campaign asset or other final client deliverable created using a template. The purchaser may not provide the blank or substantially reusable Mente Rica template, source file or template library to a client or other third party.

The purchaser may:

• Edit the supplied advertising, sales-page and WhatsApp launch templates.
• Insert the purchaser's own branding, offer, product information, prices and original content.
• Use the resulting marketing assets to promote and sell the purchaser's own original products or services.
• Use the templates to create final marketing deliverables for the purchaser's clients, provided the reusable source templates are not supplied to the client.
• Apply the launch process and know-how when developing the purchaser's own original offers.

The Business Package does not grant the right to:

• Resell, redistribute or sublicense The Claude AI Income System or any part of it.
• Rebrand or white-label the Mente Rica guides, Prompt Vault, workbooks, trackers or source templates as the purchaser's own product.
• Offer private-label rights, resale rights or master-resale rights to another person.
• Upload the Materials to a marketplace, membership site, course platform, shared drive, prompt marketplace, template marketplace or public AI tool.
• Sell a copied, lightly edited, translated, reformatted or substantially similar version of the Materials.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the underlying Materials.
• Use Mente Rica's name, logo, domain, testimonials or branding to imply a partnership, franchise, approval or endorsement.

If Mente Rica later offers resale or white-label rights, those rights must be granted through a separate written licence or licence certificate that expressly identifies the authorised files, territory, term and restrictions. They are not included by implication.

• Share your download link or source files with another person.
• Copy, publish, post, upload, email, distribute, lend, rent, gift, sublicense or resell the Materials.
• Remove or obscure copyright, attribution, disclaimer or ownership notices from non-editable publications.
• Convert the Materials into another format for distribution.
• Use the Materials to train, fine-tune, benchmark or create a competing prompt database, model, course, toolkit or template library.
• Extract or compile substantial parts of the prompts, scripts or templates into another product.
• Use the Materials for fraud, deception, spam, unlawful discrimination, infringement or any illegal purpose.
• Represent that Mente Rica, Anthropic or another third party has endorsed your business or work without written permission.

You retain rights you already hold in the original information, branding and content you add to editable templates. Subject to the rights of Mente Rica and third parties in the underlying Materials, you may use final outputs you create for your permitted personal, business or client purposes.

Using a template does not give you ownership of the underlying template. You are responsible for ensuring that your final output does not infringe another person's rights or breach applicable law.

Rights in AI-generated outputs may depend on applicable law and the terms of the relevant AI provider. Mente Rica does not guarantee that an AI-generated output is unique, accurate, non-infringing or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

You must review and adapt AI-generated content before commercial use and comply with Anthropic's or any other provider's applicable terms.

Mente Rica's business name, product names, logos and branding may not be used except to identify a lawfully purchased product or as otherwise authorised in writing.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. No right to use Anthropic's or Claude's logos, trade dress or other brand assets is granted under this licence.

The licence terminates automatically if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you must stop using the Materials and delete all copies under your control, except where retention is required by law.

Mente Rica may seek appropriate legal remedies for unauthorised copying, distribution, resale, infringement or misuse. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.
