Terms of Sale

1. Agreement

These Terms of Sale govern purchases of The Claude AI Income System and related digital products from Mente Rica Limited through https://income.mentericaglobal.com and associated Paystack checkout pages.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Sale, the Refund Policy, Income Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Licence Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase the product.

2. Seller

The seller is Mente Rica Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Questions may be sent to hello@mentericaglobal.com.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you purchase on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

4. Products and package contents

The Claude AI Income System is a digital educational and business-implementation product. The package descriptions shown on the sales page at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.

  • Sell This System Pack.
  • Commercial use of specified marketing templates for the buyer's own original products and services, subject to the Licence Terms.

The Business Package does not include resale, master-resale, private-label or white-label rights to The Claude AI Income System itself.

5. Prices and component values

Prices are displayed in Nigerian naira unless stated otherwise. The amount shown on the Paystack checkout page is the amount due, subject to any clearly disclosed taxes or charges.

Any "component value" shown on the website represents Mente Rica's assigned standalone value for the relevant resource. It is not a statement that the component or package was previously sold at that price unless expressly stated. Component values do not represent guaranteed financial returns.

We may change prices or package contents for future purchases. A change will not alter an order already completed, except where an update benefits the purchaser or is required by law.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Paystack. You agree to provide accurate payment and contact information and to comply with Paystack's applicable terms. Mente Rica does not receive or store your complete payment-card number, PIN or online-banking credentials.

An order is complete only after Paystack confirms successful payment. A pending, abandoned, reversed or failed transaction does not create a completed order.

7. Delivery and access

Digital access is normally provided immediately or shortly after successful payment through Paystack's confirmation or delivery process. You are responsible for entering an accurate email address and keeping the delivered files and links secure.

If you do not receive access, check your email folders and contact hello@mentericaglobal.com with the purchaser's name, purchase email, package and Paystack transaction reference. We will take reasonable steps to verify the payment and restore access.

8. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing the package description and compatibility requirements before purchase.
  • Maintaining suitable internet access, software and a device capable of opening the supplied file formats.
  • Obtaining your own access to Claude or any other third-party tool referenced in the materials.
  • Reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using or delivering it.
  • Protecting confidential, personal, employer, client and government information.
  • Complying with applicable laws, professional duties, workplace rules and third-party terms.
  • Paying any taxes or business expenses arising from your activities.

Do not upload confidential government, employer, client, financial, health or personal information into an AI service unless you are authorised to do so and appropriate safeguards are in place.

9. Licence and intellectual property

Your purchase grants a limited licence to use the applicable materials under the Licence Terms. Ownership of the underlying product, design, text, prompts, templates, branding and other intellectual property remains with Mente Rica Limited or the relevant rights holder.

Buying a package does not transfer copyright or grant permission to share, upload, reproduce, resell, sublicense, white-label or distribute the source materials except where the Licence Terms expressly permit a use.

10. Refunds

Because access to digital materials is supplied immediately, completed purchases are not refundable for change of mind or because a buyer does not use the product, subject always to the Refund Policy and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Third-party services and marks

Claude is provided by Anthropic and is subject to Anthropic's terms, availability and pricing. Paystack, Google, Meta, WhatsApp and other third-party services are controlled by their respective providers. We do not guarantee that a third-party service will remain available or unchanged.

Claude is a trademark of Anthropic. This independent educational product is produced by Mente Rica Limited and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Anthropic. No Anthropic or Claude trademark rights are granted to you.

12. Educational nature and no earnings guarantee

The materials provide education, examples, prompts, frameworks and implementation tools. They do not guarantee employment, clients, contracts, revenue, profit or any particular business result. Your results depend on factors including your skills, experience, effort, market, pricing, offer, customer demand, resources and compliance with applicable requirements.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

We aim to provide useful, accurate and functional materials. However, subject to rights and warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the product is supplied on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that every strategy will suit every buyer, that third-party tools will always produce accurate outputs or that the materials will be error-free or continuously updated.

If supplied files are materially defective, inaccessible or materially different from their description, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

14. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or failure to supply the purchased product as agreed.

To the extent permitted by law, Mente Rica will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, lost revenue, lost profits, loss of data, business interruption or decisions made using AI-generated content or the educational materials.

To the extent permitted by law, Mente Rica's total liability arising from a particular purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. This limitation does not apply where the law requires a different remedy.

15. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that the materials have been shared, resold, copied, used unlawfully or otherwise used in material breach of the Licence Terms. Termination does not remove rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to contact hello@mentericaglobal.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from exercising a statutory right or approaching a regulator or court of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The terms in force when your order is completed will normally apply to that order. Changes required by law, security or third-party platform conditions may apply when reasonably necessary.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement governing the purchase.
